At Birdies, we want you to love every step you take. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to receive a prepaid shipping label via email, or opt for a QR code for printer-less drop-offs.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
